It takes strength and courage to reach out for help when you’re struggling, and I know taking the first step can often be the most difficult part. I’m so glad that you have taken the first step in seeking guidance for any issues that you are currently facing. I can help you through the difficulties within your journey by providing a safe and accepting therapeutic space where you can heal and grow.

I have experience working with children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, including clients within the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, I have worked with individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and those working through trauma. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles and build a stronger sense of self-awareness. I am also passionate about working with couples to build stronger relationships based on trust and communication. I primarily work through a person-centered lens and utilize techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). By focusing on attachment and emotional awareness, I can help you break unhealthy cycles and increase safety and security within yourself and your relationships.

Thank you for taking the time to seek help. I look forward to meeting you!
